RETURNS
Despite our best efforts to ensure you are happy with your order if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14 days returns policy for any items that are returned, un-opened & undamaged. All credits are made to the payment method used to make original payment. Such as Credit or Debit Card, Paypal or Clearpay. Returns will be dealt with on a case by case so please contact us with any issues.

DAMAGES
While we try our best to get your order to you in one piece, we understand that breakages happen especially in transit. Please contact our Customer Care Team via: support@thealcoholcompany.com to inform us of the damages.

Please retain the item in the state received and send photos of the damage to help us investigate. Once the damage has been investigated our customer care team will advise you on the next steps and organise a replacement to be sent if applicable.
