Delivery & Returns

NORTHERN IRELAND ORDER 

Standard Deliveries will be made within 2-3 working days of an order being placed & are charged at a standard rate of £6.95 for orders Up to 9.5kg, the weight is calculated at checkout.

REPUBLIC OF IRELAND ORDERS

Standard Deliveries will be made within 2-3 working days of an order being placed & are charged at a standard rate of £8.95 for orders Up to 9.5kg, the weight is calculated at checkout.

STANDARD UK MAINLAND ORDERS
Standard Deliveries will be made within 2-3 working days of an order being placed & are charged at a standard rate of £8.95 for orders Up to 10kg, the weight is calculated at checkout. 


RETURNS

Despite our best efforts to ensure you are happy with your order, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day returns policy for any items that are returned unopened and undamaged.

  • Please note that we do not provide a shipping label for returns. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return postage.

  • The original delivery charge will be deducted from any refund issued.

  • All returns will be checked before any refund is processed.

  • Please contact our Customer Care Team via support@thealcoholcompany.com for assistance before returning any items.

All credits are made to the payment method used for the original transaction (e.g. Credit or Debit Card, PayPal, or Clearpay). Returns will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis, so please contact us with any issues.

DAMAGES

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives safely, we understand that breakages can happen during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Care Team via support@thealcoholcompany.com as soon as possible.

Please retain the item in the condition received and send clear photos of the damage to help us investigate. Once reviewed, our Customer Care Team will advise you on the next steps.

  • If a replacement is applicable, we will arrange for it to be sent.

  • If a refund is issued instead, it will be made minus the original delivery cost.
